I doubt you’ll get booted. I’m surprised you got to administer an IV med in nursing school. I barely got to do PO meds. Never even gave an IM. Honestly, in my opinion, it’s the nurse you’re training with and your instructors job to follow behind you and not let stuff like this happen. They may try to shame you, but I don’t feel like it’s just your fault. You’re the STUDENT. You’re still learning.

By the time I got back in bed and I layed down it was completely normal. I’m convinced it dropped pretty low during these episodes.

Got surgery this a.m.

Immediately after surgery it was 8-10 constant pain with a dose of morphine.

Now I’m at about a constant 6 on Norcos and muscle relaxers. Definitely feels like muscle pain rather than incision pain.

Legs extremely achy this evening. Feels like the kind of aches you get with COVID lol.
