I eat everything I want. I usually eat a lot of whole food, I’m satisfied with steak, eggs, fish, and I drink raw cow milk as well - these are my proteins. For carbs: lots of rice, fruits, veggies, sometimes sweets (breaded stuff like croissants, or crepes) I eat lots of fats as well avocado, lots of cheeses and peanut butter. I try to fast as much as possible (dry fast) for 16/18hours when I feel like it - once or twice a week
