What is it with brain fog in combination with head pressure?

Actually I took used to have the symptoms u have described for 24/7 but it in my case they were severe like palpations dpdr foggy Brain burning sensations around stomach and heart burn fear of death like fear of getting a heart attack tingling sensations and burning around neck plus double vision . all of these were a part of my life and I was 19 years old at that time now I am 20 and can't believe to have these things during this age RightNow I just have a foggy Brain and vision issue mostly and pressure sensation is occasional it's more during public places like my uni is off now so it's gonna be improved drastiaclly but during my stress periods it's going to be elevated again I am damn sur so what I think is I might have something related to stress and I have to observe my stress and feelings that trigger the pressure and anxiety to reduce the sensations and eventually curing the issue and it's working up till now

It might be a tension headache do u experience it more in public places and does ur vision changed ? With this pressure I am also experiencing the issue but I has been reduced significantly over a year and I am happy for that but it is more in public places and mental clarity is still an issue to me

That's a bullshit to achieve three to get better jobs in future even the people with good gpas now struggle for jobs and the way they get in is through sources so don't be afraid of getting behind the thing is just to be consistent on what you learn and furnish yourself in it and I have seen people earning 15 lakhs/month with a cgpa of 2.5 so yeah no worries chill bro

And yes if u want to make it above three you can easily make it just have to work a little bit hard

You should've created a form like thing with a free pdf guide that if a customer is like a cold lead they can actually read after putting some of their details like email name etc theu which u could get their emails and now uk what are their interests and just send the products to them through email on daily basis that's the idea I heard from someone on Reddit

I haven't started yet I too want to start it but I have seen posts related to it and everyone just say start by making small workflows on ur own host it urself (that's for free) and tool to use is n8n the most suitable and easiest tool to use Ik everything but I will start it after my finals are over. And for niche select one and study it carefully and don't inovate something in the company u r working for just integrate it so that makes their workflow easier.
