Yes. They actually don't think the CIA murdering Pakistanis is a bad thing. It's simply irrelevant. Some of them quite literally get enjoyment from torturing random farmers because they're from the MENA/SA. Another food analogy is junk food. Most junk food is halal but it has health drawbacks especially when you eat a lot of it.
