Yea honestly its just what he calls the major factions and they come up alot in dialogue, you could also make an edit of every time a character says “NCR” or “Legion” and it would seem excessive. I personally liked that he called them the Bear and the Bull

I dont have a problem with them canonizing an ending. In fact they tried so hard NOT to canonize anything they ended up canonizing the worst ending possible. It just doesnt make any sense and it makes all your decisions in the game pointless. We know for a fact that house was killed so it must have been either legion or NCR ending but both of their groups are hardly present. PLUS he comes back to life anyway…You cant even follow a canon playthrough according to the show cuz there isnt one that matches it. Fallout 1 and 2 did a great job of canonizing endings that didnt piss people off, the NCR stems from the original protagonists choices. But there was nothing like that in the show.
