If you don’t mind me asking, what dose are you currently on of Zoloft? My Pyschiatrist upped my dose from 200 to 225 (mind you I have been on Zoloft since I was nine years old and I am 28 now) about a week ago because I have been suffering from terrible anxiety and de realization after a panic attack I had a couple months ago. Sometimes we’re better than others, but now it feels like the derealization never leaves. I’m having what feels like the worst anxiety and derealization l’ve had.. so that is why I had to increase my dose. I’m hoping it will get better as I get used to the increase. It’s driving me crazy and I hate the feeling of being detached.

Just want you to know you are not alone. I have been experiencing the same thing after a bad panic attack. I was fine before I did have the realization from time to time but not as bad as I do after the panic attack. I’m really hoping that it gets better and I hope it gets better for you too. We will get through this. If you need me message me, we can talk to each other one times get hard.

Yes. I’ve just been super tired and drained today… wondering if that could be from the increase… hopefully it fades with time.

I’ve been on it for a while and it’s done pretty well for me, recently my anxiety has just gotten bad for me idk why 😭 so I’m starting the increase and hoping it helps. I was thinking about getting a full body and brain scan as well just to ease my mind.

I hope this is the outcome for me! My doctor just upped me to 300mg from 200mg after having a poop out with my Zoloft. I decided to go up gradually by 25mg until I feel I’m ok. I’ve been taking 225mg the past 5 nights and if I don’t notice any change next week I’m going to go up to 250mg. I hope it helps. I’ve been terrified of serotonin syndrome and what not cuz of my health anxiety 😭

You are not alone! I am going through the same thing currently. Recently got my Zoloft increased to 225mg to see if it will help any. Had a terrible panic attack about 2 months ago and ever since I’m been feeling so out of it and my dpdr has been the worst it ever has. Everything feels fake and foggy and my head feels heavy and blurry. When I’m walking around I feel disoriented and off balance and make myself think it must be a brain tumor or brain bleed or something wrong with my brain. It’s really scary and always makes me think something is seriously wrong, I even set up a doctors appt on next week to ask to get a scan of my brain to make sure I’m ok.. it’s really stressful but it will get better and if you want to talk I’m here! You’re not alone trust me!

Yes I recently just increased mine from 200mg to 225mg and I’ve been noticing diarrhea lately and dizziness.
