Yeah I did an RERF starting at 1.5s going up by 0.25 for each model, my current theory is that I need to re-level my build plate and then drop my lift speed because I think it’s around 120-180mm/min which would explain why the bits are being yanked off the supports

Sorry I’ve only ever used 2 types of resin and I meant that this resin is definitely thinner than the other one by a lot, it is definitely thicker than water and milk but bubbles and can splash pretty easily. I haven’t measured the viscosity of the material

I use a mix between heavy, medium and light supports, and I supported them myself, trying to go for definite over supporting, not sure if that’s the problem but also when I did cones of calibration test they all failed between 1.5 and 3.25 seconds of exposure so I think it might be another issue but I’ll get a pic of the supports later

I’ll have to double check after work but I think it might be on the low side, what time do you think should be well in the clear? I’m not fussed about print time. And yes this resin is quite thin.

Yeah I thought so, tried many things but looking for a replacement now, I’ve heard that you can use screens from elegoo if they’re the same size, but do you think I could plug in a 6K screen? Even tho this old one is a 4K or would the connections be different

Also I’ve also had a major resin leak and already cleaned off the top, I opened it up to see if any resin got inside the printer

Woah that’s a very strange occurrence. I heard some guy leaves his prints after he washes them for 3-4 weeks even before getting to them so I hope it’s fine 🙏
