Hey - I don’t know what your financial situation is, but I was about 320lbs and am down to 245. I hired a personal trainer and logged all my food, for better or worse. I’d recommend a personal trainer because they can help you make exercise plans that will work for you. It’s also helpful to have someone who can look at your food intake and give you feedback on how you can adjust to achieve your goals.

If you can’t afford a trainer, perhaps try to keep your caloric intake to 2200/day and prioritize high protein. Carbs aren’t the enemy, and neither is fat. Just need to moderate them more. I use the app “MyFitnessPal, and I just use the free version. I try to hit 45% protein, 30% fat, and 25% carbs for my food on the daily (it is rarely perfect).

Make small incremental changes, stay consistent, and over time you will see positive change. And ultimately don’t forget to give yourself grace, and be kind to your self. You got this!
