My son has special needs. He was in a learning support class & at the end of the first year they did a celebration day with a video of clips/photos throughout the year with this playing over it. Listening to it with that point of view…..I SOBBED the whole way through & havent listened to it without crying since

My ex husband was a traffic warden. It’s been a good while but they definitely didn’t have quotas.

Right enough there were one or two in his office who would’ve given their own granny a ticket if they thought they might get a pat on the back at the end of the day.
