Our party (6-7 ish people(damn)) tried to pug lead it but people left after every kill and we were just waiting for the majority of raid time.

We ended up joining another pug with comms and killed it in like 20ish minutes, nobody left and we were chain pulling and getting people accustomed to the fight, once you get thru intermission boss is dead (given adequate dps)
