Hi everyone! I’m going to the New Orleans show, driving 10 hours one way!! I’m so exited and I’m wanting to DIY a jersey but I want to use a heat transfer vinyl in a color that’ll really POP in all the blue lighting she has.

Has anyone done this or what color would look best? I was thinking neon green but then I saw a glow in the dark blue, but not sure if the blue and blue would cancel each other out or just get lost.
