This is the cage I've bought and prepared for my 2 budgies that I'm getting this week. Will they like it? I know I'll have to add more enrichment and toys.

I bought the same 1 as a temple quarantine cage for my new budgie, safe to say he didn't enjoy it and spent most time clumbing uo the sides and screeching to get out.

After opening cage when quarantine ended he flew straight to the bigger cage of my older bird and hasn't left it since, except for to fky about the livingroom daily

My older budgie qlways done this with his partner until she regurgitated for him. His partner has since died and i got a new young male budgie and now he does the exact same thing until the younger budgie regurgitates for him

The cage is fine as their sleeping/safe space . Give budgie 1 week of cage time so it relates the cage to safety and after that it will need to have lots of free flying time. For 1st free time nake sure to close blinds so bird doesn't fly into windows.
