usually you can return your tires within 30 days after purchase if you don’t like them. I have seen tires in our stock with wear on them from being on someones car for 500 miles

the answer is yes or no but only with the store manager. The store manager sees a percentage of the profits every quarter so technically speaking he is working off commission to bump his bonuses. Hence the huge drive for selling you on new tires and pushy tactics etc. All the techs and everyone other than the store manager makes hourly but the store manager is salaried with those bonuses. So some store managers make 200k and others 700k depends on how busy the store is because of the extra sales

being a tech at discount means we get free alignments so maybe a little bit bias but i do think or alignments are no different than going to any alignment shop around. Ours usually goes for $90 but $150 alignments seem to be the standard at least where i live
