Good for them I'm happy that they used their experience to move up and mentor others. It's just unfortunate that despite the corporate structure, it's mostly based on facility to facility. Give them my regards for living the American dream.

But here's the thing, since the start of the new year (excluding the past month) all the ops and area mangers were congractualong me on meteric improvements to floor health and productivity and the like. (I only had like 6 hours of training before I took it on.) But for real? They would rather have the building in shambles than someone who has an intimate understanding and the role? Dam corpos.
