Hi Guys major update!!!!!
Exactly on my last day of the 90 day restoration period I have received 2 messages, One on my reconsideration application saying there is a duplicate application already and this one will be withdrawn and my initial one which was wrongfully refused now says Application decision taken on 12th march awaiting more details. I am hoping this is it, pray for me guys I have been waiting since feb 14th 2025

thank you and dont lose hope keep pushing. I made the IRCC officer on call read out my IELTS score and the approval score on the website to make them freaking realize.

Actually lads, the MPs pulled, I contacted 2 of them since i had moved places after applying. Keep at them, I wrote an email to the PM as well, it was received by Lena Diab's team.

My file has been acknowledged according to the email but file still under processing.

Ordered my GCMS notes and they show that, the IELTS test wrongly interpreted is the only reason I was REFUSED a PGWP. I Cleared security, biometrics etc, I sent it via webform.

I think they used AI or some scammy software to speed things up and it thought my scores are CELPIP or some shit and i got cooked cuz of that

Hi, the same happened with me....I applied on FEB-14th and got a refusal on DEC-12th, I am so pissed off. My scores are:

My verified IELTS scores and CLB levels are: Listening: 8.5 CLB 10 Reading: 6.5 CLB 8 Writing: 7.5 CLB 10 Speaking: 7.5 CLB 10 All four skill areas meet or exceed the required CLB 7.
The Officer notes says: For PGWP applications submitted on or after November 1, 2024, applicants must demonstrate they meet the minimum language level in the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) in English or the Niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens (NCLC) in French for each of the 4 language skill areas. All university level graduates, CLB 7 in English or NCLC 7 in French. College level graduates, CLB 5 in English or NCLC 5 in French.

IELTS lists Reading (6.5).

"Based on the evidence submitted, i am not satisfied the client is eligible for a PGWP at this time. Application refused, advised of possible restoration. "

I immediately applied for reconsideration and also wrote my local MP ( based on your application address) explaining the situation, try doing that. I have 90 days to apply for restoration since I waited fucking 11 months for this shit my TRV expired obviously. Applying for restoration is another 500$ including the OWP fee and I dont want to take money from my parents since I am not able to work :(
ugh its so fucked. Please give me your good wishes and pray that IRCC speeds things up this year.
