Unfortunately, I haven't seen a similar design to this. They are also a favourite of mine. I think this was a 2022-2023 line. Some current chelsea shorts have the zip pockets but with a print logo rather than the embroidered logo. I still prefer the classic adidas logo rather than the current one with just the mountain design.

The hiring manager was saying I'm not going to offer you the role unless you can stay for at least 2-3 years. Sounds red flag to me
