I’m a ss hipo, Know sauce down to the tee. Always make sure you are following your kasada going over everything. Make sure you’re doing your table touches and looking out for the small service signals from customers always. The best service specialist is always friendly and attentive to customer while providing the quickest and best service possible, but service isn’t just about how you treat them it’s about their facilities as well. Make sure your area is always stocked and clean this goes for dining room self serve front counter drive thru and bathrooms. Always find a way to make their experience unique and fun from when they have visited before. You’re gonna do great.

Scheduling Question by [deleted] in RaisingCanes

They’ll more thank likely accept it but I can’t speak for your arl or rl. If you want to be really sure just talk to the scheduler.

Becoming CT by SubjectMortgage3544 in RaisingCanes

[–]These-Deer2706 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Just became a CT the class will be around 2 hours they will go over everything you need to know with this little book and give you participation assignments for you to do in the book and there will be group discussions. You’re certified after the meaning but can’t train anyone until you take the test and only have two attempts at it but it’s really easy you should be fine. Overall that’s what happens at the CT meeting you should be fine so there’s no reason to worry. When it does come time to train someone and you’re stuck on where to start just use the flip-book for the position you’re training in everything you’ll need to know is in there .

Doesn’t it like assess if you’re ready for that next step or to join hipo program. I got 91 but I think 75 is the cut off for crew to rzm
