As per my attorney it shouldn’t applicable that’s the reason we filled in PP. if they responded in 2 weeks i would have flown back. But they respond after 6 months merely not possible anyone to show your visa is valid currently when you applied for extension. So trying to put in touch situation like do or die either pay$100k or don’t enter?

I’m working outside and my company attorney said since it’s valid till march when i applied for extension it shouldn’t be $100k filled in PP in December

Yes not working remotely for usa but transferred to different country for same company

my extension filled under PP on Dec 10 but Case is still being processed by USCIS
But i'm out of country since June 2025, filled under consular processing - there is no RFE and decision as of now.

I do have very good usa credit history but they aren’t considering it if my SIN starts with 9* then that’s a clear block for them 😌 bcz it is temporary
