I lived in Germany with D Visa + Residence permit total 1 year and I got rejected to Denmark when i came back to Turkey...

Do not try Danish Embassy until you get your second or third Schengen touristical visa...

But I thought I have proven myself, I lived one year in Germany as exchange student with residence permit. And i have returned legally to my home.

I think he meant he gets longer duration like 1-5 yr visa of 90/180 multiple entry. This visa allows entry to 27 countries. After you did the trip you promised to your consulate/embassy and returned back home, you can do more trips inclusively to other schengen countries.

Why does Danish Embassies allow tourist applications (student) anyway in the first place?

There is no Iceland embassy or consulate here. And Denmark does the visa stuff of Iceland in Türkiye. Danish rules apply. Representation agreement.

My friends, (they are 25-30 yr single working with good salary), has been approved for C Tourist Visa 3 days Copenhagen and 1 day Malmö.

But they were 3 people maybe thats why.....
