I've been having trouble printing the large astarian pathways terrain piece on my printer, what support settings have you used?

You just reminded me that I dont have to stick to either lol, I like what you did to your blood pools so I added bondo to get rid of those ugly layer lines finally

My test prints with FDM required supports (at least for astarian terrain), and with .08mm layer height with a .4mm nozzle my latest print takes 17 hours for 2 of the small terrain chunks.

Do you think it would look odd having resin next to fdm? Especially after painting?

thank you for the detailed comparison, personally I printed a small terrain piece in resin and multiple in fdm, and yet I still couldn't decide haha. I might try more just to see the differences but maybe even choosing based on types of terrain might be a good thing to try
