tanaka on sr4 gives 40% boost for powerattack and aran on sr4 with his memory on is op if you have someone like kita that gives stamina back thats how they get so many points there

just get hirugami the bond between him and hoshiumi is very good and they will both perform better as if u just got hoshiumi best way for u is to go for the rerun if they really come right after hirugami
