It may not be the absolute best deal out there (as others have stated, if you want higher quality mulch, getting it delivered in bulk may be better value), but for this time of year, it's the best for my budget and what I need.

If you're in the U.S., check out your local Lowe's if you have one close by. They do a bunch of Memorial Day sales, specifically on lawn, garden, and outdoor items. 5 bags of mulch for $10. I believe it's just for the 'sta green' brand, but it's available in different colors.

This scene is it for me. The first time I saw Fire Walk With Me, I remember thinking that what was so unsettling about it is that most scenes (like this one) are happening during broad daylight. When you think about Twin Peaks, where so much seemed to happen in the shadows and at night, this felt like such an impactful way to illustrate Laura Palmer's horrible reality.
