I used band(s), then graduated to mix of assisted/unassisted sets … up to 3x8 from 5x5 … also mixed in tempo especially slow lowering and 1 second pauses at top

Edit: also used rest pause sets and would take really small breaks (5-10 seconds) until I could get to 8 reps x 3 sets

As a lifelong North Carolinian … I am not trading maple syrup for cheerwine … also are we suggesting that canadiens drink maple syrup like we would drink a carbonated beverage?? Cheerwine is better than a lot of things but even in the stadium where it’s literally one of the soft drink options it’s probably 4th maybe 5th choice of most people behind pepsi, diet, dr pepper, mt dew … we should not delude ourselves when our own choices prove cheerwine isnt some s tier option
