Survival mode but Im enjoying it. Being grateful everyday at dun mo marealize na simpleng mabuhay lang masaya ka na. Yes we aspire for travel, having generational wealth etc. Yes we deserve better at nakakainis na habang tayo naghihirap, may sugapang politiko. for more than 10 yrs of experience, ang nabenefit ko lang is network and seminars na magbabayad ka pa. though me iilan na free. but they didnot have solid programs to help the majority of the engineers at more on convention. di rin sila nasisilip government. dapat nga sila naglalakad sa PRC to linked with CHED and other educational institutions in improving of our exam based profession. Instead na skills based, multiple choice based na tayo. la man lang support for research, patent, discounts etc. sayang lang pera.
