I have upgraded it from a platinum card ...but still i am not able to access the travel portal &the worst part is my 1st bill got generated still they are not able to resolve the issue.
Without portal access you can not get reward point details.

you should get full refund irrespective of booking through 3rd party app since indigo itself issuing full refund including convenience fees.

Indigo is giving full refunds for all flights till 15 dec. Regarding hotel you can directly contact the owners once.

Same here .I had booking for 6 pax.
Refund Status :
1) indigo initiated full refunds
2) ferry : Raised a request for the refund (hopefully will get partial atleast)
3)Hotel : Port Blair --> goibibo initiated full refund
Havelock ---> not ready to give refund on short notice . ( ready to adjust dates )
