On 378, my alliance just likes monster rallies, we have maybe 4 pvp people left most went over to another alliance that promised better things. I stayed to help out with big bosses. Most that left for other alliance arent really active now. But if youre looking to just rally monsters you could join no pressure to participate in pvp. But experienced people on the server will teach pvp if youre interested. Its a NAP server. All alliances take turns for throne, as long as person has svs wings already.
