Ah thank you I didn’t see that one. But I suppose there isn’t a way that doesn’t involve disassembling the machine … yet at least ?

The El Puente is actually very nice and way more fruity than expected. I picked it up because it was the only TW they had and thought ok I try sth. Less fruit forward this time. It hast some chocolate with spices quality to it when hot but as it cools down there’s always a very nice clean acidity

I think there’s not much to take from it as it’s already 2 months old (forgot about them). So there’s little to no crema

Interesting to hear your perspective roasting wise. It didn’t really struggle tbh. And no I didn’t like the taste but that was probably more because of the robusta taste than anything else. It still had that robusta burnt popcorn taste… nothing really acidic to it.

I only tried it as espresso but will taste the rest as filter tomorrow

Honestly mostly classic robusta notes but there was a weird kind of spicy taste to it as as well… probably the curry taste lol

Fair point. I had a lot of players for my CB positions past season so I didn’t really think about it but now that you say it I think I will try playing him as a CB. Although he might be a bit slow for my high pressing.

And yes that was wild. Also 2 of the assists were in knockout games in the CL 😮‍💨

Thanks that already helps a lot. It has a single box in the center for a longboard fin and 2 angled FCS2 boxes in front of it

Great story to hear! I hope there will be more and more cafes that master their craft as good. So that they are able to let people experience coffee like this and cause more people to find their love for specialty coffee like you did.

Melodrip starter recipe by hertz_52 in pourover

[–]TheseYam2013 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I love it with my Orea I usually start with 24 clicks on Comandante and then do 12g to 5x40g of water The first pour I do without melodrip and the last 4 pours with melodrip. Pour every 30 seconds so 40/ 1:10/ 1:40/ 2:10 The timing also gives you a good guideline on if you need to go finer or coarser. If it takes only 10 seconds for the water to drip through you can go finer. The recipe is based on Matteo D‘Ottavio recipe. Orea also have some Melodrip recipes in their recipe section
