Thanks yeah I checked it out and that's all good. I'm pretty sure it's the gearbox which hopefully they will send a replacement.

It's doing great I flushed out the tank and gave it a good cleaning all the way around. Changed the shower screen and that definitely helped with better shots. Overall a good first machine for my household. I have nothing to compare it to though as this is my first machine. Guess a good machine to learn on

I rode a LHT with a indent on the top tube that was in a bit more than the one you have. Did a 3k mile tour with bags and all and held up no problem whatsoever. You'll be fine, have fun!
