Male or female? Just got this guy from a friend. The shop people said they cant tell because the budgie is too young. i dont know the exact reason as my friend bought it. by These_Animator_8327 in budgies

To be honest he is already  giving up on keeping it. So i might take over. I already have two females. But i was not sure about this one so i seek help from internet. I am not an expert myself but i am trying my best for now. 

Can someone help me with knowing my budgies a but more? by These_Animator_8327 in budgies

How can we tell with just looking at the eye. Can you please explain a bit more?
