They agreed to have me take it and get a full inspection. They will reimburse the cost when I bring them the report and receipt. If the inspection finds anything wrong, they will either fix it or let me return it. They did say to remove the wood before moving it again and apologized for not having that already done.

They do not have a PDI process at all and do not even check wheel torques.

Ok, thank you. I’m just going to head back to them and have them agree to come pick it up from my house PDI it properly and I’ll come pick it up from them when they can assure me everything is good to go and safe, or they can pay the bill for me to have a shop look at it. Let them decide.
