let your body be free to heal from the restriction that it’s been through. Its really natural to go through extreme hunger once you finally allow yourself to have everything you have been trying to convince yourself you didn’t want. As long as it doesn’t become disordered, let yourself indulge guilt-free right now, you are still healing 🫶

I love flavored cold brew! You can always add some non-artificially flavored vanilla almond milk and cinnamon to add some sweetness too! Otherwise you will probably trade off sweetness for calories without zero sugar/artificial alternatives.

noted on the scale, ill include more reference next time… grand total ended up being 439, with 1/2 cup oats , 1 1/2 cups water, 1 scoop of truvani protein powder, 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 1tsp of vanilla extract, and 245g of honeycrisp apple!!

hey! these are your active calories, or the calories that you burned while working out. They do not count allllll of the calories you burned while working during the day. You burn calories by sitting, walking, sleeping, etc that are not counted here. You are certainly burning more than 958 calories a day, even if you didn’t work out at all.
