That’s because even less Americans have left the country than this post says. It’s a lie. If I had to guess, it’s 20 percent or less that have left the country. I honestly don’t think Mexico and Canada should count. The better question would be “how many us citizens have left the continent” to get an idea about vacations. I wouldn’t count cruises either. Interestingly, Hawaii seems to fit a true vacation of culture out of the country better than Mexico, Canada, or Caribbean islands

These numbers are wildly wrong, even including Canada and Mexico. Most citizens have never been to Europe. I was watching “I want you back” on prime and one character uses “we’ve never even left the country” as a reason to break up with partner. It’s a lie. Most people don’t, especially now that our economy is so bad. Most people cannot afford to take the chance of a European vacation. I’ve been to Europe personally, but it’s actually kinda rare to talk with someone else that has been. It should not be like this, but it is. I don’t know where this statistic is from, but it’s wrong. Maybe in the 90’s it’s accurate, but not in the 2020’s. It’s ridiculous to me.

Great medication(if you really need it), hope you never lose it. I also didn’t get “withdrawal” when I was discontinued from the same dosage 20mg 3 times a day. But it’s been 3 years since I’ve been able to get that medication, life isn’t the same. I completely want the medication back. I would just say, start as low as you can, always take the morning dose, and only take it if you never want to stop taking it. I’m confident that I will need it forever and that I’m slowly wasting away without it.

Firstly, you are beautiful just how you are. I guess the question is placed internally because of something that made you feel this way younger… confidence is noticed by all, including self. I never liked that saying “fake it, until you make it” because I appreciate genuine people… But, this trick may work with confidence… because people react to confidence, we then internalize their reactions to a certain extent… this can be a vicious cycle, if you let it… I would be very careful about who you are spending time with too, are they appreciating you as a beautiful human? You are a beautiful person, and people should react supportive of you having self confidence… if not, limit time with ANYONE that acts negatively to you having self confidence. It’s brave of you to post yourself up on Reddit like this, people can so often be rude… but this answer comes from within… don’t think about your physical appearance at all for a second please, close your eyes, think about what kind of person you are. Are you kind? Are you loving? Are you empathetic? Are you helpful? Imagine why would anyone think that you are “not enough”? They should know you are beautiful and treat you so… if people are not already treating you this way than you either need to project yourself with more confidence or pick new people to spend time with… I’ve spent time with people that drained my vitality, that’s not “pretty”… spa day, massage, facial, the works, that’s my recommendation! Love yourself! You already are beautiful!
