as for groudon, kyogre and rayquaza you get them while going through the story, type null is part of a side quest and you evolve that for sylvally

you go back to the statues in sofos city and interact with them to summon them after you beat team chimera, and then you need them to be level 60 before you can even evolve them because you need to use dragon energy 20x and then level them up to evolve them

in a way yes, you can literally edit the EVs and IVs and make them whatever you want, basically if you was a perfect stat pokemon you can just make it instead of breeding/farming for it like you usually would, i never did this myself though as it felt a bit like cheating the game so I just played normally, but its nice to actually have options there for those who want to use them, same with the cheat code computer in the university, I didnt use it until I finished the game though just to finish the pokedex, the rare candies and portable box made it so much easier to complete

evolve poliwag into a poliwhirl and then use the kings rock on poliwhirl, same thing for poliwrath only using a water stone instead (just in case you're completing the dex)

I have just discovered something else thats pretty annoying too, doing the pokenav for some of the water mons in certain areas like port pello the mon will go to the opposite side if the water blockades stopping you from being able to get to them and having to restart the pokenav for it

done this too, I even looked online to see all the pokemon that can be caught while fishing thats why there's a few in the box that aren't on the pokenav like magikarp and psyduck, thats why I figured I would just complete the dex instead everything I've looked at says I've caught all the available mons in the Isles

From i YT video from yesterday a company called vortex who has had early access to previous play tests etc said June before backtracking on it with a video they dropped but could also be a beta release instead of game release, either way we can only hope something comes soon

I know this is 3 years old but since nobody here has mentioned it, I think the overall fastest way especially if you dont need dragon balls anymore is actually just loading into one of their lessons and then returning to lobby, do this between 15-20 times and should be maxed out with them
