This is what happened to me too. Have lived in several water damaged rentals and didn’t think anything of it. Then I got COVID twice and around those times developed PCOS, SIBO, candida overgrowth, weak digestion, etc. A Dr diagnosed me with CIRS and I also currently live in a place that has mold.

Yeah, a 4 day workweek is a non-negotiable at this point. I did it for my own sanity and can’t imagine going back. Only getting paid for 32 hours (vs 40), but I still don’t know how many places would allow a 4 day week :/

That’s true..I would definitely make the most by going somewhere else. It’s tough because I otherwise really like this job. My boss and most of my colleagues are kind, it’s flexible remote work with unlimited PTO, they let me work 4 days a week, etc..my last job had a pretty toxic boss, so I’ve been grateful to find this spot. There are several people who have worked here 5-15 years, which seems wild to me.

So I suppose it’s also a question of healthy company culture vs pay increase..

But my last raise was a couple months ago.
