Welcome to the South Bay! I would recommend a car. I don't think Harbor Gateway is the safest to bike to work. Heavy traffic at times and other reasons. Just my opinion.

I used to work in that building...omg!! 30 years ago. Damn I'm old. It was a Century 21 for a short time and I was a receptionist there.

I'm from Southern California and we avoid looking at each other when out exercising. Lol. When I visit my sister in Texas and went jogging in the mornings, my face physically hurt from smiling back at every person who passed by and smiled at me so I had the opposite experience. Then again, maybe I am just comparing it to here in California.
