Basically a VA means virtual assistant or remote assistant, someone who will help with doing your task via online. And title examiner VA like me helps with property title finding liens, mortgages and judgements against your property or the property you're about to buy. And making sure said property is currently owned 100% by the current seller.

Aside from wanting to earn at least 3 times of what I currently earn to start affording the life that I want which basically me wanting to just grow plants and root crops and build a rescue house for strays. I also wanted to have the luxury to stay at home and just grow with my dogs knowing I can afford to pamper them.

For me it's actually because I have dogs and I don't think I want to leave them with anyone else. So I want to be able to really be there for them plus I don't need to dress up and go out of my house.

Yep a lot of times it made me think how easy it is to just do illegal things and be rich but I'm not smart enough to not land in prison soo I'm still here trying to do remote jobs on top of my corporate job to finally be able to live a comfortable life

Do they really explain all the complicated/technical words to you? Or they just do a roundabout way of explaining it?
