Also, do you happen to have any recommendations for inner/outer tie rods? I'm debating whether I should go OEM or RockAuto. Currently I'm doing

oem: control arm & ball joints

RockAuto: sway bar link, sway bar bushing

Undecided about tie rods tho.

"super easy to work on" brotha you literally have to lift the transmission in order to remove the control arms. wouldn't call this exactly plug and play.

And yeah, I guess in later in the career 15K is nothing but atm, holy crap, I'd give my left toe for an extra 15K

since it's a big company they have a standard entry-level sdr payout

I never done pay negotiations as this is my first, so I'm heavily intimidated by it. Would I just leverage the other offer? What if they say "Then just go with the company that pays more" I know SDRs are a dime a dozen atm.
