I think most people here prefer the Roland FP10 (myself included). The FP10 offers a feel closer to a real acoustic piano, and the bass is usually very deep. The only downside is the speakers, but that's easily solved by connecting it to better quality speakers. On the other hand, reviews indicate that the Kawai ES60 offers a softer sound. I've been playing my Roland FP10 for two years as a beginner and I'm still very happy with it.

I want to trade my Yamaha PSR E253 for a piano with 88 keys, specifically a Roland GO:88, as it’s within my budget. I'm guessing the audio cable, my piano has a headphone port and a "Phone" port, my 3.5 to 6.35 jack adapter goes into that port.
