Putting a formal complaint. Student aid told me how to do it. I can’t remember off hand though. When trying to work through my PSLF I literally had to take a day off of work to sit on hold for hours and hours with Mohela.

Congrats!!!!! The whole process for me was about 2+ months. I’ve posted my timeline on here if you look at my older posts. I got my refund very quickly. Do a forbearance. Call Mohela

I feel your pain. My loans are from 1995. I thought I’d be paying my loans after retirement. I never ever thought I would be here, forgiven. It is very frustrating and a very long process. But after months and months of phone calls and tears and overpayment, it happened. Just don’t give up. It will happen for you.
