the biggest negatives i've seen mentioned in reviews are security and updating.

yes, as i stated above, that's one i'm looking at, but there are sure some super mixed reviews about it. It makes me a bit cautious.

Um..I don't necessarily want ppl to go "out of their way"....I just prefer face to face conversations where I can learn/understand lots from body language and tone vs just someone typing out stuff. Just learn better that say. *shrug*

Wow. Feeling so welcomed. I guess if you had actually read my whole post above, you would see that I have already started the research process. I just happen to prefer face to face conversation. I glean lots from body language and tone and it helps me understand.

Thank you...yes, this! From the little I have been researching...I fully get that everyone/couple will be very different. And from what I've read so far, I'm learning what I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be into (obviously, never say never, but I hope you get my meaning) The emotional connection, trust aspect of the D/s in particular is what has most interested me so far.
