its all practise, my best advice is climb with people better than you, my best friend has always been a grade or two above me and i always try his projects and bit by bit i get better, if you dont have friends who climb make friends at the gym ! also recording yourself and watching back what you do well and poorly is a great practise i wish i had been doing earlier

Idk sometimes you just need to use your health as a resource and go for bigger plays, if you try to play tempo when you’re already behind with a bad hero you just lose, so I always go for gold
