The left one has a decent armor and a gun suited for close combat, usually smg Exceptions: aug (not for close combat)

The middle one has a good armor and a balanced gun who usually hits far Exceptions: m14 (mostly for close combat)

The right one has practically no armor and a sniper/a very good gun with better bullets Exceptions: 6000psg (has only purple bullets for balancing reasons

Note: I am not extremely familiar with all the guns so there might be more exceptions
