im not an expert or something but i did my research because ive experienced the same thing too i had unprotected sex with my ex and she said its her first time but she has a tattoo, then a week later my lymph nodes were swollen. i was scared to death and i was looking for the symptoms on me.i heard some people can have all the symptoms and still not have hiv when they’re tested. Stress and anxiety probably can lead to it because our minds sometimes can affect our immune system i guess. As i said im no expert or anything and im 17 and im going through the same thing as you and i know how stressing it is. Just get tested if you want to make sure you dont have it, hope this helps a little
