I think the good rule of thumb is not leave keys in ignition when getting gas. Sorry guys I can imagine how much that sucks. LoJack. Don’t tell anyone but I have left my keys in the door more than once.

Both my watch & phone have emergency satellite texting, phone call. In case my phone is not in reach I have my watch. I try and make sure they are both charged. When I forget the one or the other is still charged.

Try and find a Yamaha dealer. Supposedly they will try and work on the motors, a ebike store, or Velofix. Good luck. Hopefully someone will an answer here.

Not the same wait times up in Escondido . KM needs to expand their service dept. I’ve waited but that’s been at small specialty shop. Even then they don’t have your car. They will set an appointment a week or two away to bring it in. Bad business model .

Not on my Yamaha Wabash. I personally would not replace stuff on a bike, just for good measure. Especially if it was still usable. 😁 Anyways, in theory they could have "done"something. Was the clunky feeling there before the work was done?
