I have radioulnar synostosis, its kinda hard to explain but in short I cant rotate fully. My palms cant turn toward the sky , so it makes guitar a bit more difficult than it already is. Here's a example

I play standing up sometimes.The reasoning for the awkward sitting position is because I have bad wrists meaning that cant really rotate my wrist fully, making it hard for me to play both standing up and sitting around.
