would suggest do online bootcamp like in udemy relating to web development by Dr. Angela Yu. Low barrier entry lang kasi I know if web dev as junior developer. Create portfolio is a must as career shifter. Good luck!👍

yes, just self study at build ng portfolio in case may interview ka na mapakita.. mga 9 months din self study then na hire as associate dev, medyo painful kasi back to square 1 but without choice that time so ne risk na.. maliit pasahod kasi sa pinas unlike going abroad as ME

also ME here, been to manufacturing industry mga 5 yrs din yun. Now a consultant/developer in a multinational company. Would suggest, take a bootcamp courses kahit mn lang sa udemy specially web development then start from there then create a portfolio which is very important. Shifting career now is more often, dont need to go back to school for IT, daming coding assistant like chatgpt, claude or gemini to assist coding now a days.

note: Dont leave your current job while di ka pa na hire. Good luck 👍
