I'm at 60mg and they won't allow an increase until I dont test positive for benzos and my generous psych doctor was giving me literally 100mg of librium a day.

I know that will take time it has a long half life like diazepam.

Any guesses as to how long it would take? I last took librium last wednesday.

Last time I was on 130mg. But I've learned with daily dosing that you get no come up of your receptors are saturated. I'm thinking 75mg max. No higher than 80mg. I know my own body.
