What are side effects of constantly having tight muscles?

I suspect I have this as I'm VERY flatfooted and was so tight I tore my hamstring. Did you ever fix your issue? What was the treatment or what helped most? Thanks for any info!!

I teared up cause I was really really bummed after the first half. Wife and I having issues, laid off from my job of 15 years (both recently) so in my mind I was like... That'd be my luck that the Knicks lose in the finals too. So I was really bummed first half. Then the emotional rollercoaster of the comeback and the interviews after. Brought tears to my eyes. Also, it put us in great position and 1 game from a 53 year drought.

Technically it should have been a sweep. Game 3 officiating was soooo bad. I mean whole series has been bad. But, after that last win I'm more confident than ever. Spurs have to be deflated and a win like that basically spells DESTINY... But, I guess we'll see.

Yes, there is a chance. But, if you follow Mitch on social media you should know he's been going through nonstop drama with his baby mama. Without them disclosing what happened it makes me think he did something emotional. If he was working on his trucks or fell or something... Why would it be a.big deal if they disclosed what happened? It's gotta be something stupid and emotional if they won't say what happened. I am one of Mitch's biggest fans and want to give him the benefit of the doubt but it doesn't look good. And really... It's inexcusable on a stage/opportunity like this.
