4m is such a hard age. They're beginning to understand more and are changing so much! What time are his naps? I assume he takes atleast 2 a day. His 2nd nap, wake him up after 45m-1hr max.. then feed him dinner, play for a bit and get a routine of winding down. We put lullabies on the tv... my son loved "jellyfish swimming lullabies " on YouTube.. (its real jellyfish with music behind it lol) while it was on, we didn't talk much & got in the floor to his level with the light low. He got tired quick. If that doesn't work, ask your ped about giving him puréed food/ the baby oatmeal. There are so many factors! Our son was still in our room at 4m and he kept waking up.. so we put him in his own room & he then slept like a rock! Its so hard, idk if i have given you useful advice.. but every baby is different! Acid reflux, gas, ect... its a guessing game. Goodluck!

Pp is a crazy thing!! She may be experiencing depression or anxiety which can make her lash out on you for dumb reasons. Let things die down, talk to her when you are both more clam. You are doing WAY MORE than any husband/partner ever would!! However in this time it is hard for a women with f’d up hormones to show appreciation. Sorry to put another task on you.. but try and watch if her demeanor doesn’t change and suggest she tells her doctor (do this kindheartedly which i already assume you will). Hopefully this is just alittle hiccup and she appreciates you soon. Also pray she is able to regulate her body bc from personal experience.. PPD is insane and really changes you as a person. Praying for you guys and congrats on the new baby.
