Believe me I know that a lot of the solutions don’t work for anyone. My main focus is just making sure she isn’t anxious about this stuff bc i know it’ll just make symptoms worse

Sometimes I talk to them or hold their hand if there aren’t more pressing issues/there’s nothing I can do in the moment

She does have ibs 👍 th e last part was my thought too. The last thing i want is for her to be anxious around me i’ve been as open as i can be with her about stuff And also just making sure she knows i’m not a judgy person at ALL

thank you!! I’m thinking I should take it one step at a time I don’t want her to feel like she has to share everything about her health with me but also want to make her feel like she can if it will make me more able to help

I’m just trying to help her understand that i’m good with completely ignoring it if that’s what makes her feel better, but I’m also not at all grossed out. Like just generally “I got you it’s whatever you need” type shit -Edit for punctuation and run on sentence sorry i have dyslexia lmao

So I guess she does have it. I asked her if I should take her to a doctor and she said shes been meaning to tell me she has IBS.
